Snuffles, a Western-style confectionery shop in Hakodate, offers "Cheese Omelet," one of the most popular and renowned sweets in Hakodate.

In short, it could be described as a "palm-sized cheesecake," but its melt-in-your-mouth, fluffy texture and rich cheese flavor are a taste that only those who have tried it can truly appreciate. Once you take a bite, you're guaranteed to be hooked.

The expiration date is 7 days from the manufacturing date. As this product requires refrigeration, we recommend using refrigerated delivery if you are concerned about carrying it home.

The airport shop is currently selling two types of cheese omelets: an 8-pack for 1296 yen (tax included), and a 10-pack containing 5 cheese omelets and 5 steamed chocolate cakes for 1620 yen (tax included)! The best part is that they're individually wrapped, so you don't have to eat them all at once!

Royce's "Potato Chip Chocolate" is a famous chocolate maker from Hokkaido. It's a snack made by coating potato chips, which are a specialty of Hokkaido, with Royce's chocolate, and many people were shocked by its originality!

It remains a popular, long-selling product today, but when it was first released, even locals in Hokkaido rushed to buy it, and many stores quickly sold out.

The best-before date is approximately one month. Although it is a chocolate product, it does not require refrigeration, so it can be carried with other sweets at room temperature, but it is best to avoid high temperatures and humidity. 777 yen per box (tax included).

The lineup includes four flavors: Original (milk chocolate), Mild Bitter, Fromage Blanc, and Caramel.

Gokatteya Honpo in Esashi Town, Hiyama District, Hokkaido, was founded in 3, and its famous round-canned yokan (sweet bean jelly) has been a beloved local product enjoyed by people of all ages.

Unlike the typical square shape of yokan, this one is packed tightly into a round tube. The unusual way to eat it is to push it up from the bottom of the tube with your finger to dispense the desired amount, then cut it with the string attached to each individual tube!

Its sticky, satisfying texture and light sweetness are simply the best. It can be stored at room temperature and has a shelf life of 60 days from the date of manufacture. A set of three, perfect as a souvenir, is available for 843 yen (tax included).

The Trappist Monastery in Hokuto City, Hokkaido, was founded in 29 as Japan's first Catholic monastery. The monastery produces a variety of souvenirs, and among them, the most popular are these Trappist cookies. With their irresistible crispy texture, they are the perfect accompaniment to tea time!

The price is 540 yen (tax included) for a pack of 8 (3 pieces each), and 734 yen (tax included) for a box of 12 (3 pieces each) featuring the Trappist monastery logo on the packaging. Potato Farm, famous for its mega-hit "Jaga Pokkuru," has released a new product! Two of the three types of potatoes used are colored potatoes, resulting in a colorful and cute potato snack that makes the most of the potatoes' natural colors.

The price is 540 yen (tax included) for a pack of 6 bags and 864 yen for a pack of 10 bags. The best-before date is 90 days from the date of manufacture.

Hakodate is a famous squid producing area. And Mori Town's specialty dish, "ikameshi" (squid rice), which uses that squid, can be taken home as a souvenir.

This is a traditional home-style dish from southern Hokkaido, featuring plump rice cakes filled to the brim with glutinous rice, simmered in a sweet and savory sauce. Please try it at home!
The price is 777 yen (tax included) for a pack of two, it can be transported at room temperature, and the best-before date is 90 days from the date of manufacture.

One of Hakodate's famous local delicacies is salt ramen. One of the most renowned restaurants serving it is "Ajisai," which has its main branch in Goryokaku-cho, Hakodate City.

The soup, made with Hakodate's famous kelp, pork bones, and chicken bones, has a deep flavor yet a light aftertaste. This is Hakodate's proud salt ramen!

One serving costs 378 yen (tax included). Because it is a dried noodle type, it has a long shelf life of 180 days from the date of manufacture and can be carried at room temperature.
