1. Fujiya Honten Co., Ltd. "Gagome Kelp Dressing, Oil-Free, with Japanese-Style Grated Radish"

First up is Fujiya Honten Co., Ltd.'s "Gagome Kelp Dressing, Oil-Free, with Japanese-Style Grated Radish."
Gagome kelp is said to contain more of a component called fucoidan compared to other types of kelp.
This luxurious dressing uses Gagome kelp, which is said to be good for health and beauty.

When I shook the dressing well before using it, I found that it contained a lot more gagome kelp than I had expected.
Not only could I really taste the Gagome kelp, but because it was oil-free, it was very light and refreshing.
It goes well with salads too.
This dressing is recommended for those who prefer lighter dressings.
I tried grilling red bell peppers, shishito peppers, and ganmo (fried tofu patties) and then topping them with dressing.
It was delicious and easy to make. I think it's a great way to add an extra dish to a meal.
2. Nippon Shoyu Kogyo Co., Ltd. "Hokkaido Vegetable Dressing Sudore Pumpkin"

The second product I'd like to introduce is "Hokkaido Vegetable Dressing Sudore Pumpkin" from Nippon Shoyu Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Can I enjoy both the soup and the dressing?
This product won an Excellence Award in the "2014 Seasoning Championship: Let's Eat Vegetables! Salad Category" (organized by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association). I'm looking forward to trying it.

When I opened it, it had a very rich pumpkin flavor.
When added to a salad, it really brought out the delicious flavor of the pumpkin.
Since the dressing is like a soup, I tried making a soup with a 1:3 ratio (dressing:milk).
It has a refreshing taste, and I think it's the perfect soup for summer.
It's easy to make, even on busy mornings, as you just mix the dressing and milk together and sprinkle with parsley.
3. Nankaen Co., Ltd. "Agricultural Cooperative Awayuki Sauce"

The third product I'd like to introduce is "Nokyo Awayuki Sauce" from Nankaen Co., Ltd.
A special dressing made with daikon radish from Hokkaido.
When I opened the lid, the aroma of garlic wafted out. The scent alone made me hungry.

[Product information]
• Price: 410 yen (tax included) *Reference price

[Recommended points]
The grated daikon radish in the dressing looks like snowflakes, making it visually appealing as well.
It's great on salads, but it can also be used in meat dishes such as steak.
4. Furano Agricultural Cooperative "Non-Oil Dressing - Onion"

The fourth item I'd like to introduce is Furano Agricultural Cooperative's "Non-Oil Dressing - Onion."
This dressing is made with onions grown in the fertile soil of Hokkaido.
Since it contains no artificial seasonings, you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

[Product information]
• Price: 378 yen (tax included) *Reference price

You can really enjoy the taste of onions.
Since it's oil-free, you can enjoy it without worrying too much about calories.
Its light and refreshing taste makes it versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, not just salads, so I highly recommend it.
5. Hokkaido Bioindustry Co., Ltd. "Hokkaido Onion Dressing Higashikagura Asparagus Flavor"

The fifth product I'd like to introduce is "Hokkaido Onion Dressing Higashikagura Asparagus Flavor" from Hokkaido Bioindustry Co., Ltd.
The dressing is green, asparagus-colored.
I opened the bottle, curious to see what an asparagus-flavored onion dressing would taste like. A lovely asparagus aroma wafted out.

[Product information]
• Price: 702 yen (tax included) *Reference price

[Recommended points]
I think this dressing is a collaboration between onions and asparagus.
The green color is very pretty. This time, I tried pouring it over scallops.
Since you can enjoy the rich aroma of asparagus, I think it would be good not only in salads but also spread on crackers.
6. Hyakki (Limited Company) Mon Cher Tonton "Hyakki"

The sixth item we'd like to introduce is "Hyakki" by Hyakki Co., Ltd. Mon Cher Tonton.
The name Hyakki (Hundred Demons) is very impactful.
The picture of the demon on the package is cute.
The package says, "The more you shake it, the tastier it becomes. Shaking it 20 times is part of the flavor. It brings out the taste of the ingredients," so I'm going to shake it a lot before I eat it.
[Product information]
• Reference price: 629 yen (tax included) *Reference price

[Recommended points]
I shook it well and poured it over a salad before eating it.
It had a rich, robust flavor. I was so drawn to this dressing that I almost wanted to eat a salad just for that.
Besides salads, I think it can be used in a variety of dishes, such as a dipping sauce for noodles or a topping for chilled tofu.
The quantity is generous, so I think it would make a great souvenir for family.
7. Terasaka Farm "Corn Vegetable Dressing"

The seventh item I'd like to introduce is Terasaka Farm's "Corn Vegetable Dressing."
Terasaka Farm is a farm located in Furano, Hokkaido.
They grow delicious melons and vegetables. Apparently, this dressing uses the "Sunny Chocolat" variety of corn.

[Product information]
• Price: 800 yen (tax included) *Reference price

[Recommended points]
This is a luxurious dressing packed with corn.
This dressing is so delicious it could be the star of the show; it really stands out.
Because it has a rich flavor, it's delicious eaten with vegetables, or with meats like chicken.
8. Yoichi Rita Farm "Vegetable Dressing"

Finally, I'd like to introduce the "Vegetable Dressing" from Yoichi Rita Farm.
After shaking it well and opening the lid, I noticed it had a lot of volume when I poured it into a container.

[Product information]
• Price: 810 yen (tax included) *Reference price

[Recommended points]
This dressing is made with herbs and plenty of vegetables.
It has a rich flavor, so it was good to eat with vegetables.
In addition, I think it would also be good as a sauce for fried foods such as croquettes and minced meat cutlets.
It's also great mixed with pasta. It's packed with flavor, so you could even call it a dressing you can eat on its own.
