1. Fujiya Honten Co., Ltd. "Gagome Kelp Dressing, Oil-Free, with Japanese-Style Grated Radish"

Gagome kelp dressing, oil-free, with Japanese-style grated daikon radish.

First up is Fujiya Honten Co., Ltd.'s "Gagome Kelp Dressing, Oil-Free, with Japanese-Style Grated Radish."

Gagome kelp is said to contain more of a component called fucoidan compared to other types of kelp.
This luxurious dressing uses Gagome kelp, which is said to be good for health and beauty.

When I shook the dressing well before using it, I found that it contained a lot more gagome kelp than I had expected.

Not only could I really taste the Gagome kelp, but because it was oil-free, it was very light and refreshing.
It goes well with salads too.

This dressing is recommended for those who prefer lighter dressings.

I tried grilling red bell peppers, shishito peppers, and ganmo (fried tofu patties) and then topping them with dressing.
It was delicious and easy to make. I think it's a great way to add an extra dish to a meal.

2. Nippon Shoyu Kogyo Co., Ltd. "Hokkaido Vegetable Dressing Sudore Pumpkin"

The second product I'd like to introduce is "Hokkaido Vegetable Dressing Sudore Pumpkin" from Nippon Shoyu Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Can I enjoy both the soup and the dressing?
This product won an Excellence Award in the "2014 Seasoning Championship: Let's Eat Vegetables! Salad Category" (organized by the Japan Vegetable Sommelier Association). I'm looking forward to trying it.

When I opened it, it had a very rich pumpkin flavor.
When added to a salad, it really brought out the delicious flavor of the pumpkin.

Since the dressing is like a soup, I tried making a soup with a 1:3 ratio (dressing:milk).
It has a refreshing taste, and I think it's the perfect soup for summer.

It's easy to make, even on busy mornings, as you just mix the dressing and milk together and sprinkle with parsley.

3. Nankaen Co., Ltd. "Agricultural Cooperative Awayuki Sauce"

Agricultural Cooperative Awayuki Sauce

The third product I'd like to introduce is "Nokyo Awayuki Sauce" from Nankaen Co., Ltd.

A special dressing made with daikon radish from Hokkaido.

I think this dressing is a collaboration between onions and asparagus.
The green color is very pretty. This time, I tried pouring it over scallops.

Since you can enjoy the rich aroma of asparagus, I think it would be good not only in salads but also spread on crackers.

6. Hyakki (Limited Company) Mon Cher Tonton "Hyakki"

Hyakuki

The sixth item we'd like to introduce is "Hyakki" by Hyakki Co., Ltd. Mon Cher Tonton.

The name Hyakki (Hundred Demons) is very impactful.
The picture of the demon on the package is cute.

The package says, "The more you shake it, the tastier it becomes. Shaking it 20 times is part of the flavor. It brings out the taste of the ingredients," so I'm going to shake it a lot before I eat it.

It had a rich, robust flavor. I was so drawn to this dressing that I almost wanted to eat a salad just for that.

Besides salads, I think it can be used in a variety of dishes, such as a dipping sauce for noodles or a topping for chilled tofu.
The quantity is generous, so I think it would make a great souvenir for family.

The seventh item I'd like to introduce is Terasaka Farm's "Corn Vegetable Dressing."

Terasaka Farm is a farm located in Furano, Hokkaido.
