5. Night view of Asahikawa

Finally, let me introduce you to the night view of Asahikawa, located in the heart of Hokkaido.
Santa Present Park is located on the west side of Asahikawa City. The Nicholas Observation Tower stands within the park, which is bustling with skiers in winter. During the summer season only, and on limited dates, it is open to the public at night as a spot to enjoy the night view.
