As the name of the shop suggests, it is located in a nature-rich area where you can watch the sunset from the terrace on a clear day.

The shop is a spacious two-story building with a high ceiling, and there are terraces on both the first and second floors. The interior is stylish and filled with the aroma of herbs.

Our recommendation here is the "Flower Mint Parfait" (680 yen excluding tax).
Unlike typical parfaits served in parfait glasses, these are beautifully arranged on a plate.

The crispy, crepe-like container is filled with plenty of ice cream and fruit!
The generous amount of cream is topped with mint, making it visually appealing. It's also very filling.

As I continued eating, the tartness of the fruit and the ice cream harmonized perfectly, making me feel incredibly happy.
In the evening, you can enjoy your meal on the second-floor terrace while watching the sunset.

You can enjoy a parfait while watching the sunset. This kind of extraordinary experience is something only Hanahakka can offer.

As the weather gets warmer, the herb garden next to the first-floor terrace will be in full bloom with many herbs, and you can take a stroll there after your meal.

Nakajima Coffee Bistro is located along Minami-odori Street, heading towards Koizumi.
The interior of the shop is predominantly black, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.

This shop offers a wide variety of parfaits, with six different types available, and in two sizes: regular and half.
It's great that you can choose the size of your parfait depending on your mood or preference!

This time, I ordered the classic chocolate parfait (750 yen excluding tax) and the shop's recommended mocha parfait (half size, 560 yen excluding tax).
The regular-sized chocolate parfait that arrived a little later was quite large. It's a size that parfait lovers would be happy with.

The chocolate parfait is a classic, and it's reliably delicious. The cranberries on top add a nice touch of tartness.

Next, I ordered a half-size mocha parfait, and as expected from a coffee shop, it was generously filled with delicious coffee jelly, which paired perfectly with the ice cream.

The coffee grounds sprinkled on top provide a nice accent, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of coffee until the very last sip.
It's lighter than it looks and you'll finish it in no time.

Located along Yuuhigaoka Street, this shop stands out with its strikingly white building.
On the left is Answer Architectural Planning, an architectural design firm that handles renovations and other projects; in the middle is a stylish general store; and on the right is a cafe—this shop has three distinct faces.

Upon entering the restaurant, you'll be struck by its tasteful interior design, and you can relax on luxurious sofas while enjoying your meal.

Additionally, the store has books related to home renovations, so it seems you can get advice about renovations right there.
The cafe menu is especially extensive, with a wide selection of sweets.

This parfait is unique in that it's served in a cute bottle.
The size is also a bit on the smaller side, so it seems like you could eat it even after lunch.

There are four types of parfaits on the menu, and this time we'll introduce the Berry Yogurt Parfait (600 yen excluding tax), which is the staff's top recommendation.

The berry yogurt parfait, with its rounded shape and stable bottle, is filled with delicious ingredients and has a refreshing taste with sweet and sour berries and yogurt.

The granola that appears along the way is satisfying and refreshing, so before you know it, it's all gone.
Enjoying a parfait while relaxing on a plush, luxurious sofa will make your afternoon a truly gorgeous experience.

This shop is a hidden gem of a cafe. Located within a peony garden, it's a rare 60-year-old traditional Japanese house with a tiled roof in this area.

Upon entering the store, you'll be greeted by antique goods.

The interior is decorated with plenty of wood, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Because it's adjacent to a peony garden, looking outside gives you the feeling of being in a forest.
Each window offers a view like a painting.

They also have seasonal parfaits here, but I ordered the yogurt parfait, which is available all year round.

It's topped with plenty of fruit, including apples, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, blueberries, peaches, and strawberries.

As you continue to eat, the three types of sherbet—peach, yuzu, and cassis—and the roasted green tea jelly provide a nice balance to soothe your palate, which has been filled with fruity flavors.

Then the rum raisin ice cream appears, instantly transforming the flavor into something more sophisticated.
The meal ended with blueberry yogurt, which was refreshing and delicious.

Apparently, most of the tableware used in the shop is handmade.
Since you encounter a different cup each time, you can enjoy your coffee while appreciating the charm of pottery.

At night, the area is lit up, creating a romantic atmosphere.

Lastly, let me introduce a rather unusual parfait. It's a parfait you make yourself!

Located along Minami-Odori Avenue, this shop is gaining popularity for its self-service parfait-making system using frozen yogurt.

The store has a soft-serve ice cream machine, and once you've chosen your favorite cup, you select one of two flavors: "plain" or "vanilla."
Making your own soft-serve ice cream by swirling it around sounds so exciting!

Then, you add toppings, and there's a really wide variety of toppings to choose from.
If you want a Japanese-style treat, use Japanese-style toppings like red bean paste or kinako (roasted soybean flour). If you want something colorful, use sprinkles or a variety of fruits. You can really customize it to your liking.

I tried it myself, and it's really fun!

As for the taste, as you'd expect from frozen yogurt, it has a very refreshing flavor.
The vanilla flavor was refreshing, but it was richer and tastier than the plain version.

Once you've added your favorite toppings and are satisfied, they'll weigh it and you pay. (1 gram = 2.5 yen: 100g would be 250 yen excluding tax)

Frozen yogurt is lower in calories than regular soft serve ice cream made with fresh milk.
Since even women on a diet can enjoy it without worry, it's sure to be a hit if you make it with friends or family!
