This park was designed by the world-renowned sculptor Isamu Noguchi, based on the concept of "making the entire area a single sculptural work."

At its center, a dynamic water sculpture erupts up to 25 meters high, representing a "sea storm," creating a breathtaking spectacle that will leave you mesmerized. The nighttime illumination allows you to enjoy the ever-changing interplay of light and water.

* Asahiyama Memorial Park

From the observation deck located at an altitude of 137.5m, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Ishikari Plain, the Sea of ​​Japan, and Sapporo city.
