BUONO BUONO

If you're a cheesecake lover, you absolutely must visit BUONO BUONO, a specialty cheesecake shop. They offer a wide variety of cheesecakes, from classic, simple cheesecakes to seasonal creations.
・Assorted cakes of 4 types
It's great that you can enjoy four different types: Sour, New York, Gongonzola, and Edam.
・Raspberry rare cheesecake
You absolutely can't miss the beautifully colored raspberry rare cheesecake. Its presence alone adds a touch of elegance. Its sweet and tart flavor makes it so delicious that you'll finish it in no time, leaving you wanting more.
Cheese Colon
These cheese cookies contain cream cheese and sour cream, giving them a rich yet refreshing taste that's truly addictive. A pack of five costs 925 yen. They make a perfect gift!

Kinotoya Western Confectionery

At Kinotoya's Shiraishi main store, many women are happily chatting while enjoying Baumkuchen sets and other treats. Coffee and original teas are refillable, so you can relax and enjoy your time there.
This is a photo taken when I was enjoying a special Baumkuchen set at the café. They also gave me some Valentine's Day chocolates as a service. And they were delicious!
Freshly baked cheese tart
These are freshly baked cheese tarts. They have a very rich and robust flavor. At 170 yen each (183 yen including tax), or 1,000 yen for a pack of six (1,080 yen including tax), they are very reasonably priced, which is a plus.
In addition to being available at Kinotoya's Shiroishi main store and New Chitose Airport store, there are also "KINOTOYA BAKE," a shop specializing in freshly baked cheese tarts, located in Pole Town and near the east exit of JR Sapporo Station, so you can enjoy a freshly baked tart while sightseeing!
・Macaron
The macarons are also very cute and incredibly delicious. They cost 150 yen each (162 yen including tax), or 1,000 yen for a pack of six (1,080 yen including tax). They make a perfect little souvenir. The matcha flavor seems to be the most popular.

Patisserie Jones
Haskap Fromage
This beautifully colored Sapporo Haskap Fromage from Patisserie Jones is a truly stunning and brilliant dessert that won the Grand Prix at the 2009 Sapporo Sweets Competition.
・Yotsugi Roll
The Hitsujiga Roll is apparently inspired by sheep. The fluffy dough has a subtle maple scent that is simply irresistible.
• White roll
This white roll cake is made with rice flour from Hokkaido. Of course, the fresh cream, which is rolled with seasonal fruits, is also from Hokkaido. Why not experience the taste of Hokkaido right now with this white roll cake? This pure white rice flour roll cake is truly beautiful.

Opening hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Closed every Tuesday and the third Wednesday of the month (If Tuesday is a public holiday, we will be open and the following Wednesday will be a substitute holiday).
Roman-tei Sumikawa Store
Chocolate Mont Blanc
You should definitely try Roman-tei's chocolate Mont Blanc. As you can see in the picture above, it's a fairly small and very cute cake. I don't think it's too sweet. Perhaps that's because of its small size.
Sachertorte
There are other cakes I'd like to introduce, but if I had to choose just one more, I simply can't pass up the Sachertorte. This really comes down to personal preference, but I picked this one because it's only available at the Sumikawa store.
By the way, Roman-tei Sumikawa branch is located right next to Sumikawa Station on the Namboku Subway Line. Cakes are sold on the first floor, and you can enjoy the daily cake set on the second floor. There are also izakayas (Japanese pubs) nearby, making it a very convenient location. Why not take a look sometime?
As you can see, you can relax and enjoy your sweets on the second floor.

Roman-tei

2-9-1 Sumikawa 4-jo, Minami-ku, Sapporo City
TEL +011-822-1887-XNUMX
Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (until 8:00 PM on Sundays), open all year round.
Sweet Lady Jane
This shop is really cute. The exterior is pink and quite unique. I feel like I've seen buildings like this on the West Coast of America. What surprised me the most about their cakes was the black cheesecake pie in the middle of the picture. It's completely black. I received it as a gift and when I opened the box, I was like, "Huh, what is this?"
Apparently, the black color of this black cheesecake pie comes from black soybeans. Once I was told that, I could definitely tell it was black soybeans. If I hadn't been told, I wouldn't have known. It's not too sweet.
The other two are also Sweet Lady Jane cakes.
Another popular item seems to be the mille-crêpe cake. It consists of 26 crêpe layers, and the cream in between isn't too sweet, so many women say they can eat it all in no time.

Cote d'Or
In addition to their main store in Hiragishi, a little distance from the city center, they also have stores in Sapporo Tokyu Plaza in Susukino and Esta in front of Sapporo Station. They also have an online shop. You can reserve a cake online and pick it up at any of the three stores. Please note that many items are not available for delivery.
・Lee Ange

This heart shape and color are so cute! You can purchase it by making a reservation online. Pick it up at the store that's most convenient for you. This would make a perfect gift for someone special. It's 2,884 yen including tax.
• Entremet Fraise (size 4)

You can reserve online. Please pick it up at the store. This is a size 4 cake, so it's enough for 2 to 4 people. Don't you think that sharing a round cake with close friends on an ordinary day can be really enjoyable, especially as an adult?
・Baton Pon! White Fromage (White Baked)
You can reserve and have them delivered online. These kinds of sweets are easy to eat, aren't they? For women, small sweets that can be secretly enjoyed are quite a treat.
This white fromage is made with fresh milk, cream, and cheese from Hokkaido. It truly tastes like Hokkaido! It's highly recommended as a souvenir. It costs 756 yen (tax included).
