A cute country-style shop located along Higashi 8-chome Street, very close to Sapporo Shindo.
One of the highlights of the store is the cream puff demonstration corner. When you purchase a cream puff, they fill the pastry with cream right in front of you, so it's definitely worth watching.

One of the great things about this sweets shop is that the chef uses mainly Hokkaido-sourced ingredients that he is very particular about.

This shop originally opened in 1989 in the Tsukisamu area of ​​Sapporo City.
Later, in 2006, it relocated to the former Shibusawa Warehouse, built in 1895, in the North Canal area of ​​Otaru. The shop has a very moody atmosphere, with unique items such as historic cars and steering wheels on display, giving it the feel of a stylish, old-fashioned cafe.
