transforms the whole side of a mountain to a field of shiba zakura

This is the only time of the year that you can see this spectacular view.

・Kami Yuubetsu Tulip Park
This park is a big part of tulip cultivation history.
There are 7 hectares and 200 different varieties of tulips to observe.
