(5) In any other case in which the Company deems the user registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
The user shall manage the user ID and password of this service at his / her own risk.

Article 4 (Prohibited matters)

(10) Any act for the purpose of business, publicity, advertising, solicitation, or other profit-making activities (excluding those approved by the Company), any act for the purpose of sexual acts or obscene acts, any act for the purpose of meeting or dating members of the opposite sex with whom the user has not met, any act for the purpose of harassing or slandering other customers, or any other act of using the Service for a purpose different from the intended use of the Service.

Article 5 (suspension of provision of this service, etc.)

Article 6 (Copyright)

Article 7 (use restrictions and deregistration)

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer)

Article 12 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)
The user may not assign the status under the usage contract or the rights or obligations based on this agreement to a third party or provide it as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.

If a dispute arises regarding this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company shall have exclusive agreement jurisdiction.

Article 14 (Contests and Prizes)
The campaigns and giveaways conducted within this app are independently organized by Online Travel Co., Ltd., and Apple Inc. and Apple Japan LLC have no connection whatsoever to this service.

Article 15 (Expiration Date of Points)
Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned and will expire two years after that date.
However, if you request to withdraw from the service yourself, or if the provision of this service is suspended, all points will be forfeited at that time, regardless of their expiration date.
